Brett and Christina have first-hand experience growing a home-based bakery into a successful fast-casual food service establishment and wholesale operation. They also both hold master's degrees in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, through which they acquired skills in process management, financial analysis, and strategic planning.

Whether you are a home baker with dreams of your own bakery, a restaurateur looking to add a bread program to your offerings, or something in between, Brett and Christina are eager to share our experience and knowledge!

Private Classes
Christina and Brett have taught sourdough baking classes since 2015 for audiences ranging from a handful to several dozen. We've designed custom classes to be held in restaurants, coffee shops, private homes, conferences, country clubs, and more!

We are happy to tailor a class to your specific audience or interests, and they can be held virtually or in person.
